Helen is a Relate trained counsellor with 22 years experience. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP and is a
psychodynamic counsellor specialising in couple relationships and personal development.
Helen practices from her home in Pirton and serves Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage, Luton and surrounding areas in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

During my years of practice, I have helped many people to find solutions to long term problems, coping with urgent emotional issues and developing skills needed to successfully manage their lives.

I develop a therapeutic relationship with clients in which they feel safe to explore the issues that concern them. Using theories and interventions such as psychodynamic, object relations, attachment and loss, person centred, cognitive behavioural and transactional analysis I help people to achieve positive and lasting solutions.
