1983-1989, worked as a counsellor for Relate.
1987, completed one year of group therapy at the Institute of psychotherapy
and social studies, followed by four years study at the Tavistock
Marital Studies Institute.
1992, set up in private practice.
1997, became a regional counsellor for an EAP provider
1998, joined Royston Complementary Health Centre as a counsellor.
2003, eating disorders practitioners course, specialising in anorexia, bulimia, bulimia nervosa and obesity.
Her particular professional interests are working with couples
and people with disabilities, eating disorders, work related problems, addiction and
stress.
Liz also offers performance coaching for business, the aim is to
boost individual, team and organisational performance. In addition,
she operates training for groups and organisations specialising
in stress management and managing change.
